Berem kuritsu, jelatelno domashnyuyu. Farshiruyem salom baranini i lukom.
Zatem gotovim nachinku dlya smazki kuritsi:
1.Berem mayonez, smeshivayem s rezannim lukom , chesnokom, pripravami (kashnich, tvin, cherniy perets, sol, lavroviy list), zelenyu (petrushka), limonnom sokom.
2. Prigotovlennoy nachinkoy smazivayem kuritsu.
3. Na list nakladivayem sloyami narezannuyu kartoshku, luk, pomidor, bolgarskiy perets.
4. Sverхu kladem kuritsu i tushim medlennom ogne 40-60 minut.
5. Gotovoye blyudo ukrashayem zelenyu.
